Wowcher

I had to pay for a "wowcher" for a service before being told the date I needed the service was not available by the agent. I spoke directly to wowcher informing them and was told I was entitled to a refund but it had to be requested online. After intensive searching through their site I could not find how so called them back. I was told it had to be put into a wowcher wallet to cancel that specific wowcher, then they could refund it into my bank account. I went online and did this but when I eventually called back I was then told that anything in the wallet cannot be refunded as MUST be spent on wowchers (even though it is my money). I still have had to pay for the original service I needed and after numerous emails and calls could not get it refunded. They even said they had no record of my phone call. I am now unemployed and really could of used the refund for essentials for my family but have ended up being made to buy household things from them to try to help out with our situation. They had no understanding or empathy. Will never use them again and will relate to as many others as possible.
