I ordered the above product on 8/7/2017. When it had not arrived in a month I emailed wowcher who advised the following: Good afternoon Elizabeth Rees, Thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear you have not yet received your goods. The advertised delivery period is shown on your wowcher under important information, this is calculated from the date you redeem with the merchant. If this time has passed please contact the merchant directly using the details on the bottom right hand corner of the wowcher and they will be able to update you on your delivery. Please allow 72 hours for their response. I did the above but got no response. I asked wowcher to follow up if the merchant was still trading and got this : *Please note Elizabeth Rees, This email has been sent to our merchants email address. Please allow 72 working hours for their response. Good afternoon Wowcher Merchant, We have been contacted by our mutual customer.Elizabeth Rees has contacted us to chase the delivery of their order. The details of the customer are as follows; Two cooling gel pad pillows etc Still no response and it was 8 weeks since my order. Since then I have been emailing customer services every few weeks and they have not even had the decency to respond. There is not a lot of money involved but it is the principle that they don't seem to care once they've got your cash (in the last 2 emails I asked for a refund).
