Complaint against Ticketmaster

I ordered 2 tickets for the script as a Christmas present for my girlfriend. The gig is now 5 days away, it is the middle of June and the tickets are nowhere to be seen. I contacted customer services who have advised me to go to the booking office with various forms of identification to collect my tickets in the next 5 days. This would be all good however there is no time during the next 5 days that the booking office is open and I am not at work. These tickets were meant for my girlfriend anyway and not myself. Now I am left worried that 6 months later my girlfriend will be left without a Christmas present. Help please

On checking our records, we're pleased to see that our Customer Services team have been able to arrange replacements for collection on the night of the event and have provided details so that the tickets can be collected without you being present at the box office. I have been contacted by a member of the team who was incredibly helpful and has given me the form to fill out which gives my girlfriend permission to collect the tickets. I went last night to attempt to collect them myself however it was not the night of the gig so I couldn't. I appreciate this but the lady in the box office stated it was policy to only give the tickets to the card holder
