Complaint against Ticketmaster

Today I was buying online tickets for 11th and 12th of may for London theatres 42nd street came through ok but Matilda came through as the wrong month and day when I called within seconds of email coming back the female who I spoke to was very rude and hung up on me when I emailed company they said it was my fault and nothing they could do all I want is the tickets for the correct date 12th may and NOT the 12th June as they have given me
