Complaint against AGA Rangemaster
The most appalling customer service I have ever experienced! I reported a fault with a brand new Rangemaster over 22 days ago. I had to chase them 3 times after their 48 hours response failed to materialise. I have now chased them up on 6 occasions including their CEO's office and still they ignore me! I gave them ultimatum to replace the oven as unfit for purpose and I have been forced to demand my money back from the retailer. Do not be fooled by their brand they are charlatans selling poor quality goods with zero customer support and a total and utter contempt and disregard for those that purchase their appliances! Avoid this company at all costs would be my advice to anyone thinking of investing in their brand.
