Complaint against Carphone Warehouse
Received a call from 01785 268238 for the umpteenth time asking about my O2 upgrade. The woman on the line was calling to facilitate my loyalty which was never in question to O2 and offer me an upgrade with no upfront payment. When I questioned this which is my right she became aggressive and said that she wasn't prepared to carry on talking to me as I didn't trust the call or the deal. Despite my saying goodbye she was still spouting her rubbish down the phone. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have never experienced this type of behaviour with O2 that's why THEY have my LOYALTY.
