Complaint against Carphone Warehouse
I cancelled a phone contract June 2015 they agreed it had been cancelled on there system but it was accidentally renewed. Anyway I was charged 25.50/a month for it. I went in September after months of failing security by not being able to tell them the correct information other the phone due to not knowing I was still being charged and not getting paper bill.s they agreed it was there mistake but said the network wouldn't cancel it without a fe which was £159. I had already paid over £300 for there mistake. they agreed to refund me but needed statements I had paid them all. Statements from phone network cost £58. So in all it now totals £605 . I have been chasing it up for 6 weeks and every time they can't refund me because want more information . yet I provided what they asked for. All I want is the money on owed back. Manager hasn't rang back 15 times I've asked. I rang them and get fobbed off. asked to speak to head office apparently that's not allowed. No one seems to help. I'm losing more money ringing chasing it up and the stress is also taking its toll .
