Complaint against Carphone Warehouse
My Husband renewed my contract for me on 22/12/15..I was told by car phone warehouse when I received the phone to insert the new sim and it would only take a few hours for the old number to be switched to new phone . . I was unable to do this I took the new phone into Folkestone branch , they said the phone was faulty and replaced it they put the new sim in the phone and transferred all me records over I was told that it would take up to 24 hours for my old number to be switched to new phone .. After 24 hours I tried to contact them by phone and was cut off twice .. I then Contacted 02 and asked them for help . they said that no one from car phone warehouse had requested a switch . O2 then said they will send me out a new sim tomorrow which should work ..I them telephoned the store at Folkestone to make a complaint and was cut off. I then phoned the west midlands branch where the phone was sent to me from and after telling them all what happed was again cut off .. I then went on line and got a 0800 number telephoned them to make a complaint I could not understand why the guy that was dealing with my complaint was asking me questions regarding the phone we then had a heated conversation . I asked him if he was a complaints manager he said no I asked to be put through to one and was just left on the line with music playing and no other explanation .
