Complaint against Easylife
On 17th of June this year l placed an order with easylife.The goods have not arrived.l phoned the order line option 2_on their system and l was 21st in the queue.After 19 minutes my call was answered. I was told the goods would be delivered in the next few days.When l called again l was 41 in the queue.I hung up.Something is wrong when 41 people have to wait to be answered.
