Complaint against Easylife
I was sent details of Easylife motor club membership by Easylife, after being talked into it by Easylife staff. I sent the paper work for the membership to the motor club in plenty of time for cancellation, The motor club staff say they have not got that paperwork? They took £59.99 from my account, despite the cancellation. Staff are unpleasant, unhelpful and sarcastic. l explained l am 80 yrs. old and did return the necessary paper work. No mention of goodwill, of course. l have been a customer of Easylife catalogue for many years. What a way to treat an old customer. No more will l ever buy from them.
