Complaint against Easylife

I ordered 2 items from Easylife in August 2016; payment for both items was taken from my card on 20th August 2016 but I only received 1 item. I was repeatedly givenm dates for the second item to arrive, none of which happened. Eventually I cancelled the item but I have yet to receive the refund of £9:99 and despite numerous emails t this company I have not received a reply. In essence they have stolen my money and I want it returned. I will NEVER use this company again. Also, I wanted my name to be removed from there distribution list but they still sendme their unwanted brochures
