In January my mother ordered several items from the sales part of the catalogue. she wrote a cheque though this was returned when the offers had finished. I then re-ordered by phone and paid by card- in March - and received the items, the outer bag was ripped and luckily nothing had fallen out, the third week in April.Needless to say, I will not be ordering any more items and neither will my mother. The cavalier attitude of this company has made me realise that they do not seem to care about their customers, only about profit and box ticking!
