Order not received and no resolution by phone call

Complaint against Easylife

Having ordered an item by phone on the 15 th sept , I waited till today 10th October to phone re order. I waited 15 mins to be put through to be told the item was out of stock . I then had to hold on for a further 20 mins while I was told their systems were down and could I call back later if I wanted to cancel order. I was not willing to hold on any longer , I was tired listening to the background noise of people shouting at the top of their voices . I was told by the very apologetic operator that she would cancel it as soon as possible. What a way to run a company , and when I asked why I had not been told over the phone when I placed my order that it was out of stock or even later by email they could not answer !!!! I would avoid this company at all costs , and as you will see by other complaints they don't even respond .
