Stayed in on 3 separate occasions for damaged item to be collected and it wasn't.

Complaint against Easylife

Part of an order arrived damaged, with the parcel re-taped with the couriers logo showing they had done it. Emailed photos of damaged item to Easy life as unable to get through due to long queues on the phone. Arrangements made for them to collect the damaged item, so i could have a refund. Courier didn't come as arranged to collect the damaged item. Emailed Easy life again. Apologies given and another date arranged for parcel to be collected. Courier didn't come AGAIN, as arranged to collect the damaged item. Emailed Easy life again due to long phone queues. Apologies again given and another date arranged for damaged parcel to be collected. Courier didn't come to collect damaged parcel, as arranged for the THIRD time.
