two and a half months after placed an order I am still waiting for most of the goods
Complaint against Easylife
A full amount of over £160 was charged to my credit card immediately the order was placed at the end of February. When I expedited my order I was told that part deliveries are not possible which was not made clear on Easylife website or when placing the order. I needed of of the items to take with me abroad and late delivery made it redundant - just waste of money. Between February and April a number of charges and refunds were made to my credit card, confusing the issue and necessitating my checking those transactions. First batch of goods was delivered at the end of April, half of the items were missing. As it happened they were on the same page of delivery note, which I scanned and attached to my e-mail to Easylife, requesting that they dispatch the missing items without delay. Easylife response was as follows ' In response to your correspondence, can you please advise us on which items you are missing as 3 items were cancelled. You have been refunded for all cancelled items.' I'm pursuing he matter further but from my previous dealings with this company I have not got much hope.When previously I asked to talk to a Customer Service supervisor I was told that there is no such person and that there is not a person in charge!!!!! They owe me £60 worth of goods and I wish I'd read the reviews/complaints before I placed my order. I CERTAINLY will not use them EVER AGAIN.
