Complaint against Littlewoods
Long list of issues concerning littlewoods. Most recent being the case of a vacuum cleaner that I decided to send back. A customer service agent of littlewoods actually contacted YODEL in my behalf to arrange the return. Littlewoods have still informed me via the website account page that I need to pay my minimum payment for the returned item by November 3rd 2017. The incompetence of littlewoods never ceases to astonish me. Even head office struggles to even reach even basic customer service standards. From agents hanging up the phone during while I’m speaking to them, to putting you on hold for 10 minutes, to broken promises and failure to act despite them giving their word. I am amazed that this company still operates and has not been warned by trading standards. I think the fact that it is so hard to contact littlewoods aka ship direct via email makes people give up in the end. Even cancelling an order is impossible unless you call them to arrange it. There’s a cancel order option on the website but this does not work. Absolutely astonishing and astronomically poor customer service. The worst I have experienced.
