Complaint against Littlewoods

Called Littlewoods this morning to advise them that I did not received a statement was told that I would have to write in by a member of staff who clearly was not listening to my call as I had stated in the previous months that I did not wish online bills, as I prefer paper bills and chose this option, but she clearly was not listening. This is not the first time I have had a similar issue with Littlewoods, their staff do not listen and put you on hold till you get fed up and hang up, but on this occasion I asked to speak to a supervisor as the lady I was speaking to was of no use to me, and again I was put on hold for a long time. This is not what I would call customer service and Littlewoods are shocking at this aspect of customer relations, they should treat their customer with a bit more respect.
