Complaint against Littlewoods
I made buy now, pay later purchases and paid them all in full about 7 months before the 12 months was up. So I owed nothing and no interest. But they failed to mention that special delivery costs didn't go the back end of the BNPL costs. Apparently, they have to be paid monthly or in full. But I was never made aware of this until several months later. So, I started paying them for the delivery charges each month. Littlewoods then create bad credit history for me over £1 !!! I found out about this after settling another BNPL purchase only to find that they removed my BNPL option due to this £1 so-called 'missed payment'. They are currently using staff in South Africa as their telephone support and I could hardly understand a word they were saying. When I say to them, "sorry, can you kindly repeat what you said, as I could understand", they cut me off - EVERY TIME! They created and added products to my account that I didn't order and added them to my account. LITTLEWOODS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN OR AT LEAST INVESTIGATED. AT BEST, JUST AVOIDED AND USE TRUSTED ONLINE STORES THAT HAVE DECENT ETHICS.
