Complaint against Littlewoods
I had ordered a product on the 1st of December that didn't arrive although on my account it showed up as delivered but not signed for when I rang them they told me they would get back to me within 24hrs but they didn't so I rang again but as I had to collect my son from school I asked them to ring me back in 20 minutes to which they agreed after telling me they thought my parcel had been delivered to a neighbour and that when they rang back they would let me know we're it was but yet again no phone call. I rang back the day after only to be told that my item had been lost in transaction and that the product that was for my best friend who had lost her mother to cancer and I had personalised with her mothers name on was no longer in stock but if I could find a similar item that I could personalise they would foot the bill for next day delivery for me but when I wrong them today to do exactly that they told me it wouldn't be here untill after Christmas which is no good it's to help my friend through Christmas and when I asked to speak to a manager I was put on hold for 23 minutes before giving up I've been searching for the head office number but couldn't find it I am absalout lay livid with little woods and The customer service team appalling!!!
