Complaint against ACHICA
Since July of this year (2016) I have spent over 3,500 pounds with Achica (across 12 separate orders and over 100 individual items from sofa's to crockery). With the very odd exception every single item has been delivered late. And when I say late, I don't mean a couple of days... I mean weeks. When I've complained to the company they push back with the statement that these dates are just 'estimates', but to be so consistently wrong indicates rather more than that. I have been furnishing an entire 3 bedroom apartment and, had it not been for the awful delivery, would have spent 1000's more pounds with them...
