Complaint against ACHICA

Ordered sofa on 14th Dec as an Xmas present for my friend Wrong delivery address on invoice Told them immediately and they confirmed amended Tried to deliver sofa before Xmas to my business address and I refused delivery Got back to them and they apologised and stated it would be delivered to correct address 6th Jan delivered again to my business and I was out so my staff took delivery I was absolutely enraged and now have a sofa stuck in my office They even rang my friend who waited in all morning at his home but they still went to my business address and delivered sofa there Emailed them and they have said they will pick up and redeliver on the 10th Jan I don't hold much hope though as the right hand doesn't know what the left ones doing absolute shambles of a company
