Complaint against ACHICA

On 4/11/2015 I placed an order for 2 bath towels and 2 matching hand towels; 1 party game; 1smart watch ( supposed to be a Christmas present); 5 matching items of bathroom accessories. Total order value £136, not my first order either. On 18/11/2015 I was reimbursed for 2 bathroom accessory items that could not be supplied. I received two bathroom accessory items, then the party game, then 1 hand towel! Total value of delivered goods £21. In spite of three e mails and two replies ( replies talking about shipments and everything I do not care about, at all) I still have no idea if and/ or when my remaining items will be delivered. They have no telephone number...I am starting to understand why. This is a scandalous way to conduct business and I will be contacting trading standards as soon as the Christmas holiday period is over.

all missing items are now stated as unavailable. full reimbursement has been made. but, of course, I actually did want the items that I was waiting 54 days for so very disappointed and have wiped Achica from my computer.
