Complaint against ACHICA
I returned an order o Achica on 24th October via Royal Mail special delivery. The parcel was tracked, delivered and signed for at their offices in Birmingham Road on 25th October. I have endeavoured to contact them numerous times via their customer contact page on their website but each time receive an automated response stating that, due to migration of their customer management system they are no longer able to access their mailbox. There is no contact number or address listed and despite resubmitting my enquiry via the link forwarded, I have not received a response. Achica debited my credit card as soon as the order was placed but are clealy reluctant to refund the £532 owing. Having read threads on various forums it appears this is not uncommon and I am now consulting a solicitor.
