Complaint against ACHICA
I Bought some goods (September 2017) from Achica, they were so quick to take the money. when the goods arrived it was completely different from what was advertised on the website so I decided to return them. I immediately returned them in accordance to their terms and condition. I have since being waiting for a refund, I have filled out 2 online request form which no one has bothered replying to, except for the generic automated email I received on both occasion. I just cannot understand how an organisation can act so deceitful and not value customer service. It is rather appalling and I can not see how they can justify not replying to customers emails and concerns regarding their service. I will most certainly not be buying from them and shop with more reputable brand. for me, the frustrating bit is that all I bought from them could have being purchased from Amazon and other department shops.
