Complaint against Post Office

Post Office were provided with three items to be sent over one weekend. One Item sent 24 Tracked got lost, one item was received in a plastic bag with invoice, and no goods just an apology on the outside, a set of lights was lost in the post, and a large envelope marked DO NOT BEND was no use as it was bent trying to get it through the letterbox. The CEO at Post Office admitted they had failed with the service and made an offer to clear the situation which was ace[cpted. This payment was not received, and following a discussion with the CEO offce they said they would send another cheque but again was not received. The CEO fails to respond to communications and a summons for damage, Direct Payments had to be cancelled and the matter is now in the hands of the courts. Despite all the emails assuring their mistakes the CEO fails to respond to correspondence sent to him
