Complaint against Post Office
I have contacted the customer care line almost on a daily basis but they are unable to help its only the provisioning department can help but they do not have an incoming number outgoing only so the call centre pass on a message to contact me but after waiting for almost 9 weeks I just do not know what to do. I am 66 years old and rely on broadland. I have paid a years line rental in advance to get a better deal but they have taken another years rental of £159 without contacting me this was on the 12th December I contacted them straight away and they said it would be put back in my account but I still have not received it. one of my telephone calls lasted 2 hours and 1 minute being passed from one person that knew nothing to another person that knew nothing. I could fill pages but this is just to give you an idea. I have gone past the point of being disappointed to angry to now being very upset.
