I sent a complaint about the 12,February about my sons birthday card not being delivered I posted it on the 2/2/2016 first class to get to my sons in time for his birthday on the 6/2/2016. I had a reply from you telling me that you would investigate and respond to me I n 10 working days. It is now the 20th March and surprise surprise no answer. I believe you would just expect to except that it is the typical response from the post office . Well I am not through the lack of response I want you to reimbursed for £3.50 the cost of the card and a include the first class stamp. This is no way compensation for the moment lost because of you incompetency for losing the card it will never come again my sons 28th birthday , once I have the money I will donate it to a local charity and send you a receipt
