Review of Oak Furniture Land

Leather sofa, after 18months,pinky type marks on sear cushions.purchased warranty, told it covers everything, it DOESNT! They do no want to know, saying it is not accidental damage. Contacted manager, customer services, head office, all have washed their hands off my complaint, saying because sofa is over a year old we can forget it. Surely a sofa of this quality and price should last years, our other leather sofa is still pristine after 10 years! Really disappointed with customer service and the settee, which now looks shabby. I don’t know where to complain to next! So, so disappointed, as we love the furniture and have purchased lots of other items from the store with no problems. Come on, oak furniture, look after your loyal customers!
