Complaint against Oak Furniture Land

The bed was incomplete. and Three out of six items are damaged. I had to do all the chasing and was told the bed issue was with quality control, a department they admit does not exist just a person who opens boxes in the warehouse to check the items are complete. They constantly failed to phone back when promised so I had to chase. When a replacement bed did arrive last night it is not fit for purpose as it does not fit together correctly due to misalinged holes and there are dowels protruding from the footboard. They accused me of being abusive when I demanded to talk to a manager which they point blank refused to do. We have been sleeping on a matress on the floor.
