Complaint against Oak Furniture Land

Paid £3500 for a wardrobe / drawer set / 6 chairs and a table to be guaranteed delivery prior to Christmas. Delivery expected Wednesday, took a day off work; on the day was told wardrobe was left off, when arrived found chairs and wardrobe missing. Complained, to be told if I was to cancel order what would my family sit on for Christmas as I wouldn’t have a table. I was told they may be able to send out that Friday. Table top has manufacturer defect, same for 2 chairs that turned up, Took a day off work for the Friday. Wardrobe delivered but had to sign a waiver to state they wouldn’t accept damage to my house, chairs still missing. Complained 50 mins on phone, was told they would as a good will gesture refund my delivery, I complained stating they hadn’t provided the delivery so that was a refund not conpensation! Finally offered me £60 but no definite delivery before Christmas for my remaining chairs. Been waiting now for 2 days for a manager to contact me back.will never use again. Disgusting service.
