Had sofa collapse due to manufacturing fault they agreed to pay for fixing it one I got invoice from

The fixer even though only 8 days out of warranty now I paid to have it fixed they now saying they won’t refund thing a call to tradings standards in the pipe line if as the promised a phone call tow discuss again
