Complaint against Oak Furniture Land
OFL is a disgrace! Our delivery was for Thursday 13th December with a time slot between 2.30 and 5.30pm. After receiving a text message that morning that there may be a delay of up 4 hours with deliveries, we ended up with no delivery, at all?! It is now Saturday and we have had no correspondence from them or apology or anything. Our furniture could be in Timbuctooo! for all we know? After spending over 2 hours ( 1 hr and a half of that listening to their awful music) I’m being told we are on the urgent spreadsheet and DHL will be taking over our delivery. They still cannot tell us when this will be! With only 1 more week before Crimbo, living out of pink big bags and the bedroom in upheaval. I fear we may not get our wardrobes before the 25th ( we paid £39 for the specific delivery date!) It’s unbelievable that they have not contacted us at all! Will any update or apology. Do not buy from them at all! Off to their shop today to try and get some answers... wish me luck!
