Shocking Customer Service! Non existent. Sofa springs rising up.

Complaint against Oak Furniture Land

Ordered and paid for a sofa and one chair on 27 January 2017 and finally took delivery on 22 March 2017. We were aware of long delay as ordered special fabric. However the fabric is wearing already and the springs are coming up through both the chair and sofa. Neither of us is overweight and do not jump on furniture! Pet free and smoke free home. Following procedure we have tried to get response from customer service - no one answers phone despite "hanging on" for ages and phoning on several occasions at different times of day. I have also made contact and sent photos (difficult) of the problem. All to no avail. They are keen to sell and take money but will not deal with a customer when problems arise.
