Complaint against Oak Furniture Land

Received sofas (2+3 seater Milan) were found to be faulty after inspected I was informed it was a faulty batch of leather. I received replacement sofas which I believed to have been pre owned (a possible mix up, sofas that were returned but were shipped to me instead of my replacement) After unwrapping both sofas I discovered there was no wooden feet. I called oakfurniture land immediately to inform them and was told they would send the wooden feet out. They sent out the wrong wooden feet (for a corner suite) I called them again to inform them of the error and was told they would send the correct feet out . They sent the correct wooden feet out, for one sofa!! I called customer services again and asked them AGAIN to uplift the sofas and replace them with 'NEW SOFAS' that I was paying for. I was told that they wouldn't be replaced as that 'wasn't company policy' I told them to cancel my order and come and uplift the sofas which they did on the 30th December 2015. I would not recommend shopping with this company ever. This was an ongoing problem from October. The customer service within the Edinburgh branch really does need a complete overhaul......
