Complaint against Missguided

I placed an order with missguided on the 29/09 when I noticed they had the correct billing address and incorrect delivery address. I made missguided aware of this issue straight away and was told they would inform the courier to change the address. The very next day I had an email saying my items had been delivered (to the wrong address). Missguided told me that the courier didn’t pick up the changes and I need to try and retrieve the goods from this property. I tried this and was told the items were not there. I contacted the police with a crime reference number and had the property searched on theft, they confirmed my items were not there. I was batted between the courier and missguided neither wanted to take responsibility. I completed the form they had sent me, and was told several times to wait 24 hours for a response while they liase with the courier. I am still waiting for a response. I have noted many of times that I wish to have a refund but I am now being ignored. Completely disgusted with the lack of customer care and their inability to put the customer first. I will be taking my complaint further.
