Complaint against The Range

I placed an order online on 6th April. Payment was taken immediately. I selected 2-5 day delivery at a cost of £19.99 I received an email from ArrowXL asking me to book a delivery date The earliest was 18th April I booked this and this was later confirmed via a call from ArrowXL. It did not arrive. I made several attempts to call both The Range and ArrowXL and found myself endlessly on hold and then cut off. Eventually I contacted ArrowXL and was informed that my delivery was affected by a fire at the depot on 20th April ( 2 days after my delivery date?!) and I should wait for a representative from The Range to contact me. This happened on 27th April and my goods were reordered. I was again contacted by ArrowXL to select a delivery. I booked the earliest ( 10th May ) this was confirmed by call on 9th May. The goods did not arrive, I tried to call ArrowXL and at 6.30pm called The Range. They said they would contact ArrowXL and call me back asap ( I still have not had a call back 20 hours later. I decided to contact ArrowXL and eventually made contact via a Live Chat Only to be told they had no odea why the goods weren't delivered and suggested I called the depot I explained that I had tried to no avail and they said there was not really anything they could do? 34 days on I have no goods and find myself constantly chasing a third party with no support from The Range It is appalling ! I will never use The Range again or recommend them to any one
