Complaint against The Range
On 6th May this year I placed an order of a wardrobe online with the promise of a 2 day despatch time, I got a message from The Range to say it was going to be delivered on 16th May so I booked a day off work to wait for it. About midday that day I receive a call from a courier to arrange a delivery date but it wouldn't be the 16th May, so I made another date and waited in again, didn't turn up so rang courier and they said it was damaged so they supposedly sent it back but the range knew nothing about this when I rang them so on 2nd June The Range arranged for a new order to be delivered. On 12th June I get a call from the courier to say it would be the next day so booked another day off, the courier turned up but only had the wardrobe doors so I basically only had 1 parcel of 3 so I ring The Range again on 13th June to be told the other parts would be arriving in a couple of days. Today I'm still waiting and have just been told by the courier that they lost tracking of my other 2 parts on the 8th June. In all this time I have had no correspondence from The Range or the courier and nearly 2 months later im still waiting for a wardrobe that is advertised as 2 day delivery on their website. I am fuming and really don't know what to do now. I will never use The Range again.
