Complaint against The Range
I purchased a glass garden table and chairs that had been on display so not in the correct packaging when delivered 2 months later the table shattered The Range has refused to accept there was a fault in the table because my parasol was not in a base but knocked into the ground. This was only the second time I had used the parasol and it was not windy. They say the instructions say you need to use a base I didn’t have instructions it wasn’t windy it was 2 months old. Absolute rubbish customer service!!!
