Complaint against The Range

The Range took 3 weeks to deliver my item and when I opened it up it had been snapped in half. Still waiting for pick up and a refund. The whole experience has been a complete waste of my time. I've called emailed and txt 15 times and still no feed back. Customer Services are very unhelpful and the only contact I had was in message r on facebook and they have now blocked me because it's been so long and I keep trying to get some answers.
