I placed 2 orders with the range within the first month. The first delivery turnt up with a broken mirror. I was told the mirror was booked in to get picked up several times as on several occasions I waited in and no one arrived. No one even thought to inform me on the days that the mirror was going to get picked up. My second order arrived and my candle was broken and my second mirror I placed an order for didn't arrive. I have called the range Atleast 7 times now trying to chase up what was going on with my mirror. They promised me on several occasions they would call UK mail and it was all sorted and out for delivery tomorrow. This has yet again not happened. I was told I would Atleast get my postage costs refunded this again hasn't happened and I don't even feel just postage costs of £4 make up for the poor customer service I have received. I have still haven't received my mirror nor the money I have paid for it. It was supposedly coming Friday (last arrangement made) however apparently the mirror was loaded back into a warehouse instead of a delivery van which I find ridiculous or I have had excuses made that the driver didn't know where I lived so just didn't turn up with it without thinking to inform me as I was waiting in again all day for it. Ive had people from the range promise they'd call up and keep me updated however these phone calls very rarely get returned and I'm sat finding my self talking to someone knew yet again explaining the whole situation from scratch so they understand. Poor service.
