Complaint against The Range
I bought two white lamps for bedside tables, one didn't work after 3 months, changed bulb could not change the fuse as could not get the cover off. I returned it to the shop for an exchange (did not have receipt) but as it was faulty expected an exchange !!! No chance at all not their policy without proof of purchase, I rang head office customer services and got the same response. Absolute disgracefully customer service. Maybe cheap but treat their customers cheap.
