Complaint against The Range
I am complaining about The Range because I have become aware via twitter @therangeUK that they deliver poor customer service in stores and online, as well as customers not receiving goods they ordered online, waiting weeks before anything gets resolved. I have been in there myself and even my experience wasn't great. O work in retail my self and I fully expect customers to be treated the way I would want to be treated. They are not just customers, they are visitors, every store and member of staff represents the company. Good customer service should be number one priority in any business.
