Complaint against The Range
I advise anyone purchasing items from this shop to keep all receipts. I took a faulty item back for an exchange and was informed I couldn't without a receipt. This gives the impression that The Range is quite happy to offload shoddy goods onto customers who don't have a receipt. I could understand it if I wanted a refund but I liked the item, just wanted it to work. I was lucky my faulty item wasn't expensive but I shall think twice before parting with my money in there again.
