So this issue started on the 30th of june,I ordered a mirror from the range to finish my bedroom off,after waiting more than a week I called to find out what happend after many back and forth calls I was informed the courier had lost the mirror and replacement would be sent out.Fast foward another week I return home from a stay at a hotel to packaging on my doorstep assuming this was from my mirror as it had a range sticker and my details on it,I asked my neighbor who knew nothing about it.Onto my 7th call to customer services who advised they had to check with the courier after sending proof of my signature because it turns out the driver signed and said it was delivered.Then another email providing proof of my hotel booking and pictures of packing on my doorstep.I was finally advised I could have a refund.Fast foward another 2 days no refund,so again I find myself on the phone to be told that whoever's offered me a refund was incorrect and must of been a new starter,they would need to email the courier again,I left it another 2 days and called again today to be told that the courier cant remember delivering to my address and to check if the item had been delivered to my hotel I was staying in how can it of been delivered there when it was ordered to my home address.After being placed on hold again I'm informed they are sending another mirror with the same courier after I repeatedly said I just want a refund. Please help me end this saga.
