Complaint against The Range
We purchased a Christmas tree on the 31st October. When we opened it to put it up on the 5th December, we realised it was far too big for the room. I emailed them on the 5th Dec saying that we understood we were just out of the returns time (28 days) but as we had no reason to open it before this date, is there anything they could do? 22 days and 4 emails later they finally sent an email saying No we can't help!! Thanks for nothing.
