Complaint against The Range
Do not order online order arrived late and incorrect re order was delayed by almost 3 weeks. Complaints procedure is non existent you cannot speak to any supervisor or management. They are not part of any third party ADR scheme so you cannot take anything further unless you wish to go to small claims court. Totally disappointed in the service I received and would not order from them again!!!!
