[RESOLVED] - Useless - no refund

Complaint against The Range

Purchased curtains online - unfortunately were not the correct fitting, Sent them back as per The Range policy and ensured they were signed for. They were received according to Royal Mail on the 21 October and now we are on the 1 November and still no refund, Various emails have been sent with regard to the this, they deny receiving them but a member of staff has signed for them. Now not responding to emails so now phoning, If not resolved I will take them to a small claim court as have now had enough and will never shop from them again and will tell everybody I know not to shop from The Range - as they are useless.
