[LAPSED] £9.00 taken from my account over last 3 months

Complaint against Currys PC World

Bought a laptop at Currys on 3/8/16. Was asked if I wanted support and I stated 'NO' Have now noticed £9.00 has been taken from my bank account on 19/9 6/10 7/11 I have not authorised these payments however I have just checked my receipt and the salesman has entered a customer support agreement of £9.00 on there. I would like a full refund and for all future payments to be stopped.

Hi Karen. Thanks for getting back to me with the details I requested. I can confirm I have cancelled the product agreement and have been able to refund the last payment of £9.00. The remaining payments which have been taken will need to be refunded manually, therefore could you please confirm your contact number so I can arrange this for you? Thanks, Emily.

You're welcome, Karen. I've dispatched the refund request to our finance team who will be in touch within the next 72 hours to process the payment. The reference number for this is CC3206779. The payment is for the remaining £18 that we were unable to refund via our care plan system. Thanks, Emily.
