Complaint against Currys PC World

I bought a laptop in may 2015 for my birthday. I took out the insurance and cancelled it that month as per the sales rep instructions. My husband is out of work so i have been keeping a closer eye on the outgoings. Last month i noticed a payment of 2.50 going out to product support ag. At first I thought that this was a piece of software i had purchased but this month the payment put me over my overdraft with a 30 charge. I noticed a number below the payment details and once i googled it came across the many others who had been conned by currys. This is an absolute disgrace and I will never purchase another item from this shop. I wish to have a full refund for the last £45. I cannot believe they have been getting away with this for so long
