Complaint against Currys PC World

I have seen that since September 24th 2015, I have been paying for this product support, which I do believe I did not ask for how has this happen and why have I not been informed of this I have lots of out goings every month and noticed that last month when I was checking my account I have been paying this for 7 months, which is horrific to feel I have been lead, by somethings I wasn't aware off. Can you please tell me how this has happen and refund me what im owed please. Regards Camilla Baker

Hi Camilla The payment is for additional product support, which protects the product against mechanical breakdown and 'mishaps'. The support agreement automatically renews each month for as long as you wish to receive the benefits and will appear on your sales receipt. Should you wish to discontinue the service, I can request for it to be cancelled on receipt of your agreement number. I would however make you aware that all of the benefits would cease immediately.
